Make your own Sundry Pouches in 2 sizes! This pouch is divided into 3 sections and has an interior slip pocket and a heavy duty snap closure. It is perfect for organizing sewing notions, cosmetics, electronics etc. The small size could even be used as wallet if you carry a larger size bag. The pocket in the small size is the perfect size for cards. This is a pretty easy sewing project; it can be made up fairly quickly. It is also a great scrap buster project. Files are available for download immediately after checkout. One file includes detailed step-by-step instructions with technical illustrations; the other included full-size, printable pattern pieces. The pattern can be printed on a home printer on letter or A4 size paper.

Materials & Supplies Needed to Make Your Sundry Pouch:

Size Small:
Exterior fabric - 1/2 yard of fabric that is at least 18" wide or 1 fat quarter
Lining fabric - 1/2 yard of fabric that is at least 21" wide or 1 fat quarter
Fusible Interfacing (Pellon SF-101 or similar) - 1/2 yard

Size Large:
Exterior fabric - 5/8 yard of fabric that is at least 20" wide
Lining fabric - 5/8 yard of fabric that is at least 27" wide
Fusible Interfacing (Pellon SF-101 or similar) - 5/8 yard

Both sizes:
1 heavy duty metal snap

Other Notions + Tools: fabric marker or pencil, ruler, thread, Microtex or denim needle for sewing through thicker layers, pins, snap installation tool

Recommended fabric: Quilting cotton or light to medium weight canvas, linen or denim for exterior. Quilting weight cotton for lining. Note: Less fabric may be required if cutting on the crosswise grain.
